一、专业管材套料技术

数控激光管切由于切割效率高,编程套料更加复杂,如果使用不当,就会造成管材浪费和切割效率低下。通过专业的管切套料软件在计算机上预先进行画图、套料、下料分段编程,生成NC切割程序,然后进行大长度金属管材全行程自动激光切割加工下料。专业的管材套料软件是实现数控管切机大批量、高效率、高质量切割生产的基础和前提条件。

对于大长度金属管材全行程自动激光切割加工下料的工艺要求,在机械结构上采用独特的双驱气动卡盘旋转机构(主动轴W、从动轴W1),左侧主动轴W轴气动卡盘旋转机构固定不动,将管材夹持住,通过机床X、Y、W运动对管材进行切割加工,右侧从动轴W1气动卡盘旋转机构可以随工作台沿工件轴向运动,可实现大长度金属管材全行程自动激光切割加工下料。

三、材切割工艺

由于管材切割(特别是对于小管径的方管材)时,溶渣附着于管内壁,切割产生的大部分热量被工件吸收,切割密度较大时,往往会造成管材过热,拐角及方管四个角过烧,严重影响切口质量,甚至无法切割。对此类问题可采用:

1、激光切割加工头带高度传感随动系统能够保证在切割的过程中,切割喷嘴与工件表平面的高度保持不变(焦点不变),使切割效果不随工件表面的变化而受影响;
2、加大氧气压力的方法(6-8Mpa);

3、通过软件提高尖角合成速度。

四、数控切割技术

数控切割是管材大批量、高效率、高质量的切割生产方式,数控切割的核心是数控切割系统。目前在激光管材切割过程中存在的质量问题如:零件引割点过烧、零件拐角过烧、切割面倾斜,以及切割圆形零件时圆变形或不能闭合等,直接导致管材的严重浪费和切割生产效率低下。

数控切割技术就是指数控系统的切割控制软件中提供先进的切割工艺和丰富的切割经验,使切割操作工人通过熟练使用控制系统,达到高质量、高效率的数控切割。

如何排除激光切割加工的异常问题:

一、切割面垂直度不好

1、垂直光没调好;

2、焦距调整不对;

3、聚焦镜片焦矩太短。

二、切割面边缘熔边厉害

1、激光功率输出太大;

2、切割速度太慢;

3、吹气没过滤或过滤不够;

4、吹气气压太小。
